About Jill Lamontagne
Career highlights past and present
A resident of Kennebunk, Maine, Jill Lamontagne is an experienced health educator and wellness consultant, as well as a dedicated volunteer. Jill Lamontagne spends hundreds of hours volunteering yearly in events and programs to help those in need and improve the environment in her community.
Among her many volunteering experiences, Ms. Lamontagne participates each year in the Maine Coastal Clean Up and volunteers on various occasions with United Way. After participating in United Way’s Day of Caring, she was inspired to create new volunteering opportunities with the organization and involve her high school students to give them the chance to feel the sense of purpose that comes from volunteering.
Ms. Lamontagne currently works as an assistant supervisor of adult case management at Waypoint, a nonprofit organization with a mission to support and advocate for all people looking to change their course in life. Away from work and volunteering, she enjoys running half marathons and other races. Furthermore, she coaches youth field hockey, little league softball, and travel basketball in Kennebunk.
Jill Lamontagne has a bachelor’s degree in science with a minor in holistic health from the University of Southern Maine and a master’s degree in education and special education law from the University of New England. Aside from sports and volunteering, she has an interest in health and wellness and homeopathic remedies.
